RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Chakra Orgonite specializes in high-quality curated crystal collections and handmade orgone pyramid from around the world . Our goal is to be able to offer these high vibe crystals at affordable prices. Crystals are tools for healing and they should be accessible to ALL.

RETURN POLICY
New, unworn items can be returned to Chakra Orgonite within 30 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item.
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Representatives support@chakraorgonite.com.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
